We stand behind every product in the Jewelry by MM online store. If you're unhappy with the product you receive, we happily accept return for a refund or store credit. We accept request for returns within 15 days from when we ship your order. We do not pay for you to return the item. Complete the return form included as part of your invoice: Detach the topmost portion of the invoice and retain that for your records. The return form must be included in your return package to receive proper credit. Please do not send C.O.D. as we cannot accept these deliveries. We will process your return within 7 business days.
